Design & Architecture

Our architectural team works with you (via WhatsApp, email, or video call) to finalise a design that fits your plot, your vision, and your budget. We produce full working drawings before a single block is laid.

Foundation & Substructure

Soil testing, foundation type recommendation, reinforcement, concrete works, and DPC. Every pour is photographed and independently inspected before we move to superstructure.

Walling & Superstructure

Block laying, column casting, ring beams, and floor slabs — executed by experienced masons under daily PM supervision. You receive geotagged photos at every lift.

Roofing

Structural roof design, timber or steel framework, sheeting, guttering, and fascia — specified to withstand Nigerian weather conditions and built to last.

🎨
Internal & External Finishing

Plastering, screeding, tiling, painting, ceiling works, fitted wardrobes, kitchen units — all selections approved by you in advance with material samples documented.

Plumbing, Electrical & Services

Full mechanical and electrical installation — concealed wiring, plumbing runs, overhead tanks, septic systems, and generator provisions. COREN-certified where required.

What happens at each milestone

Site assessment & design sign-off

We visit the land, assess soil conditions, and finalise architectural drawings with you. Nothing moves until you've approved the design and the cost plan.

Foundation & substructure

Excavation, foundation construction, and DPC completion. Photo documentation submitted and milestone payment released on your approval.

Walling to lintel level

Block laying up to window/door lintel height. Structural columns cast and inspected. Full photographic record shared before next phase begins.

Roofing & weatherproofing

Roof structure, sheeting, gutters, and external rendering. Property is now weatherproofed — a major milestone in protecting your investment.

Services & internal works

Plumbing, electrical first fix, plastering, screeding. Material selections confirmed with you before any finishing materials are purchased.

06

Finishing & handover

Tiling, painting, fixtures, and final fit-out. Full video walkthrough with you before handover dossier is issued. 3-month warranty begins.
