💡 What to have ready: Land documents or property address, rough idea of what you want to build or fix, your budget range (even an approximate one), and any previous experience — good or bad — with Nigerian contractors.

Site Assessment & Detailed Proposal

After the call, we conduct a site visit (or assessment from documents and photos for remote clients). We then produce a full written proposal — phased budget, itemised material list, construction timeline, and milestone payment schedule. No vague quotes.

💡 What you receive: A detailed PDF proposal with stage-by-stage costings. You can take this to any other contractor to compare. We're confident in our pricing and won't hide it.

Contract Signed — Work Begins

Once you're happy with the proposal, we sign a clear contract outlining exactly what will be done, when, by whom, and at what cost. Your dedicated Project Manager is assigned and begins work. You'll have their name, photo, and direct WhatsApp number from day one.

💡 Your contract includes: Scope of work, materials specifications, timeline with milestones, payment schedule, escalation clauses, and a change-order process so there are no surprise costs.

Weekly Progress Reports — Every Friday

Every Friday, your PM sends a progress report to your phone. This includes: geotagged photos of the site, a short video walkthrough, a summary of work completed that week, work planned for the following week, and an updated budget status. You are never left wondering.

💡 How reports are delivered: Via WhatsApp, email, or our client portal — whichever you prefer. Voice notes are available for clients who'd rather listen than read. We work the way you work.

Milestone Verification — You Approve Before Paying

Your payments are structured in phases tied to verified milestones — not arbitrary dates. Before each new phase begins, we send you documented proof that the previous phase is complete. You review, you approve, you release funds. No milestone sign-off = no payment released.

💡 Example milestone structure: Foundation complete → Superstructure (walling) → Roofing → External plastering → Internal finishing → Final handover. Each stage is photographed, inspected, and verified by your PM before moving forward.

Completion & Handover

On completion, we conduct a full walk-through with you (via video call if you're abroad) and present a complete handover dossier — including all receipts, warranties, as-built documentation, and photos of every stage. Your property is yours, fully documented.

💡 After handover: Many build clients transition to our maintenance plan so the property is protected long-term. We offer a 3-month post-completion warranty on all structural work — any issues found within this period are resolved at no additional cost.

Your funds are released only when a verified milestone is reached. We document proof before asking for the next payment. You can pause or stop at any stage.

Things our clients ask us first

If work at any milestone doesn't meet the agreed specification, we do not move on to the next phase. We address the issue, re-document, and re-submit for your approval. You are never pressured to approve something you're not satisfied with. The milestone payment gives you full leverage at every stage.
We provide clear banking details for international transfers. We accept payments from the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. We advise using services like Wise or Remitly for favourable rates. Full payment instructions are provided in your contract. No cash intermediaries — everything is documented.
Absolutely. Our Project Supervision service is designed exactly for this. We act as your independent eyes on the ground — verifying work, reviewing costs, and reporting to you weekly. Many clients come to us mid-project after losing trust in their existing arrangements.
For build projects, we typically begin within 2–3 weeks of contract signing — which includes completing site assessment, procuring initial materials, and mobilising the team. Maintenance plans can begin within 5 working days. Emergency supervision can be arranged within 48 hours.
We currently operate across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, and Benin City, with an expanding network in other southeast and south-south states. Contact us with your specific location and we'll confirm coverage or identify a trusted partner in your area.
Any cost change that exceeds 5% of the agreed phase budget triggers a formal change order — a written document explaining the reason, the additional amount, and your options. You can approve, negotiate, or decline. We never proceed with additional spend without your explicit written approval.
